7.5" spider gear thrust washer
Anybody ever try to track down a replacement thrust washer for the spider gears? GM makes you buy the whole gear kit. The only aftermarket supplier I found that has them is Yukon gear. So I ordered one and it was smaller than the one I took out of my camaro. I had them send another in case they packeged it wrong and I got the same thing. So does anyone know where else I can get one? Or should I use what I bought? The hole where the shaft goes through is the se size. The new washer does seem to sit better on the gear however; Seems to stay in place better. Also, just to clear it up in case anyone asks if I'm sure which rear I have, I verified my car has a 7.5 (2.73) by giving the dealer my vin. Any advice or thoughts are welcomed. Thanks in advance.

I need the one for the gears which the pinion shaft runs through. Not the side gears. Not sure if that clears things up or if you need to know the thickness. I have no clue on that though.
