GEARBOX SHIFT POINTS

Are the shift points adjustable or is it controlled by the ECM.
On mine, 1st to 2nd is almost instant, as soon as i touch the throttle.

WRONG! Do not listen to this it is NOT CORRECT. Shift points are determined by the shift valves in the valve body in conjunction with the governor for WOT shift points. TV cable should be tight at WOT, maybe 1 click (1/16") loose if part throttle is shifting slightly late.

Here is a good read: http://www.jakesperformance.com/TV_C...etup_Info.html
