Axle/Gears: 2.73 open
trans rebuild pricing

so stuck in 1st AGAIN!!! my local trans re builder just quoted me $1000 out the door for a stock re build. but i notice kits costing that much and more. so .what are other members paying for a rebuild on their 700-r-4?? or am i about to have some more "unauthorized sexual activity"

I'm getting ready to swap in a 700r4 and have a shop that will rebuild it for me with all stage 2 parts and a corvette servo for $600 and has a 2 year no mile limit warranty, I say keep looking unless they are a very reputable shop.
