Most stock GM u-joints are called a 3R although the TH400 "might" be a 1350 series. It could even be a 1310 or 1330 series. The stock aluminum driveshaft should be a Spicer 1350.
Easiest way to do it is to take both to your local parts store and have them figure out exactly what your yokes take.
