crossmember bolt hanging
Was under my car looking at something and noticed one of the trans crossmember bolts was hanging down about half out. It freely just spins. The other 3 are tight. If the Chinesium is stripped I am just going to re-tap it. However, if it is broken, is there a way to repair it without welding?? Thanx in advance.

hole saw from inside the car above it and use a bolt/nut combination
