Nwc t5 fluid

Hey i'm almost done my t5 swap and been searching what fluid to run in it exactly. It has gear oil in it now and thinking of putting the same back in does it take 75w? Also royal purple has a posi additive would that hurt it? Or would i be better off with atf dexron 2 and would it shift any different between the two. Thanks

Re: Nwc t5 fluid

Dexron III ATF is fine and the friction characteristics of it would be fine; no incorrect additives needed.

75W would work but wouldn't do anything better.
