Nothing....
No upgrades will make these rears live with that kinda power with traction. I broke 2 with less power and only running mid 11's. I then swapped in a moser ford 9" rear
Don't waste your money on the 7.5"/7.625" 10 bolt. The ring and pinion is just too small, axles are too small.
I wasted over $1,000 trying to make mine last and it didn't work, still broke anyway. The ford 9" only ran me about $2200 so I wasted/threw away over half of the price of the 9"

Yea, with that amount of power and good traction you are going to break it no matter what you do to it. Just get a stronger rear end like the 12 bolt or 9 inch and don't spend any money on the 7.5 10 bolt.
Now if the 550 to 600 HP is just a dream and you will only actually make about 300 HP then you can live with the 7.5 if you build it right.

Do you remember the first level/fight in Mike Tyson's Punch-Out? They're like that.

I know that my transmission was my weak point now it looks like my rear end is also.

Re: How duarable are the 91 fbody stock rear ends
Driveline shock is what usually kills the 10bolts. Manual cars are far more prone to breaking them, especially when drag racing. I've got a cammed, headed, full bolt-on LT1 that should be in the 400-430whp area once tuned. Its in front of a T56 and a stock 3.23 10bolt. I'm fully expecting it to break at some point. At which point a 9" or 12bolt will go in its place.
But I'm not drag racing it, I'm road racing and street driving it. So I can be a little softer with the shifts. It still won't last forever though.
I've seen stock 10bolts live behind cammed LS1s making near 380-400whp. But those people have never launched hard on DR's or slicks. They are usually on street tires.

The only thing "going" for the rear you have is it has 28 spline axle shafts over the earlier 26. If I were you I'd put a TA performance rear cover and c clip eliminator in and run the rear till it blows. It'll blow eventually but it may survive a few miles since your running street tires.
