2.8L Tranny?
I need a rebuild for my tranny and was wondering about my options. I plan on putting in a 3.8L Turbo later but will be using the tranny with my 2.8 MPFI for the time being.
Is the 2.8L MPFI Tranny a weak 700R4?
If built tough can it handle the future 3.8L Turbo?
OR
Should I buy a V-8 700R4?
Will the V8 700R4 bolt to the 2.8L MPFI?
Should I get high stall/shift kit with rebuild or wait till the 3.8L Turbo is in?

The 2.8 tranny won't bolt to a 3.8 block. The 3.8 is a 90 degree block, just like a smallblock chevy.
