is my T-5 going byebye?

About a week ago I started noticing a minute grind when shifting into fourth....It's getting worse. I mean, clutch to the floor and r.p.m's at idle and it still grinds!. I figured it's a bad syncro, but is it really worth the hassle to fix? How much would a rebuild cost me? Thanks!

Highly unlikely it's the trans. More likely it's the pilot bushing.

$1 part, you have to drop the trans & clutch, or pull the engine.
