Transmission: 700R4 transmission
86 camaro fuel pump
IveI got a 86 camaro v8
It has some starting /staying on problems... I think itsi the fuel pump. If not then maybe the carberator....
I need to replace my fuel pump and fuel filter. However I don't know what kind to get...
Can someone please tell me what type or kind to get?
Also Is it an electronic fuel pump?

Chelseahere If you have an 86 v-8 with a carb you have a mechanical fuel pump should be on the passenger side of the engine at the front. It only has two bolts that hold it on. As for which kind any good brand from the parts store will work unless you have a built engine that needs more pressure. I hope this helps oh and when you change the pump change the filter also should be right beside it.
