Vette Torque Converter? and Gear?

Does a Corvette Torque Converter have a higher stock stall speed than a Firebird? If so how much higher?

Also are all rear gears interchangeable? Say I found a 88' V6 Firebird at a Junkyard and pulled the 3.42 gears, would they fit in my car w/o problems?

Transmission: TH-350/3500stall
Axle/Gears: 7.5" Auburn 4.10 Posi-Traction
There is a 2100 stall corvette converter
new s10's with 4.3 v6s has 2100 stall too.

If your rear differental is a 2xx series diff ypu would have to change it to a 3xx series posi for use a ring gear spacer
when installing 3.42's.
Asuming both are 7.5" 10bolts

so long as your rear is the same 10 bolt, then yes. count the bolts on your rear cover. if it is nine, then no. if then, then yes.
