I bought a pan from eBay that is a deep pan. I didn’t notice it until I double checked the filter placement and how it sits.
The 700r4 filter just pushes up into the valve body. What will stop it from falling down that extra 1/4” that the deep pan provides.

i looked for extension and deep pan filters with no luck.

Can i just pull the filter out of the valve body 1/4” and space the neck with o rings or does the filter have to go all the way up into it to pull.
