Just trying to complete the Megashifter install on my 85 TA and I notice the template which they supply you with to cut out the hole for the new shifter plate doesnt line up with any screw holes that the instructions tell you to line it up with before making your cut. Also the hole I need to cut wont work because the factory cut holes are too big, am I missing something here? every video I watch on youtube shows people installing these into Camaro's but I can't find anyone doing an install in a TA.

Any help or insight? Heres a pic to show what I'm talking about.
