Hi thirdgen, I'm stuck in my driveway long story short. Ok so about a week ago, I tried to put the car into gear and it would roll forward a foot and stop, same thing with reverse. It's almost like there was a block under my tires preventing me from moving. If I hit the gas hard enough it would spin the tire and move a hair. Leaving skid marks in my driveway. Then today I was able to roll backwards in drive, but when I dropped it in reverse it would stop again! Not sure what's going on any help would be greatly appreciated!

Side note, the car has been sitting there for roughly 12 years, and I pulled it out and drove it about a month ago and didn't have this porblem. now im stuck!

 

Jack it up and try to spin the wheels (both front & back). My bet is on stuck brakes, given it's history of sitting.

And yes, I know you said it rolled a month ago, but I'd still be checking if the wheels spin freely
