Cluch Master Cylinder Shaft Questions

I'm thinking about using an 88 Camaro clutch master cylinder on my project (not an 88 Camaro!) I see from other posts that the master cylinder mounts low on the firewall, on the foot area. Does this mean that the pushrod is at a downward angle? Also, where can I find a template for the clutch master cylinder firewall mounting?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Re: Cluch Master Cylinder Shaft Questions

The master is pretty much level....not pointed "down".

DOH! ^That was bad info; it IS at a downward angle. My bad.

I made a template out of card board. I don't have a drawing but someone may.
