I installed the Motive Gear axle shafts part number (MG1020) in my 10 bolt from RockAuto. They don't list the wheel stud size, but I ended up ordering 1/2-20 wheel studs and installed them as they fit. You can either go with threaded or press in, I opted to give the wheel bolts a try.
My axle housing is from a 1985 Firebird, the guts are from a 2002 Camaro 10 bolt, I ordered the 28 spline axle shafts from RockAuto for a 1991 Camaro. After having the axle rebuilt, it is in the car with no issues.

Reason: cleaning up post
Just seeing if anyone has installed the Motive Gear axle shafts in their 10 bolt. I can not find the wheel stud size for these axle shafts as I was assuming that I could use factory studs but they don't fit and Yes I can go measure, but seeing if anyone else has already done it and what they used.
Looks like they take a 1/2-20 wheel stud.
The motive gear axles in the pic say they take a 12mm press in wheel stud. They are 28 spline for a 3rd gen
They don't fit, I assumed they were 12mm as well, Also that comes up as a different part number than the ones I have.
That part number is for a 91 Z28. Your op has zero info in it. You don't mention what year or anything. Some of us are still working on mind reading abilities
It's great to hear that you successfully installed the Motive Gear axle shafts (MG1020) with 1/2-20 wheel studs. Thanks for sharing your detailed experience. It's helpful to know that both threaded and press-in wheel studs can be used. Your setup with the 1985 Firebird housing and 2002 Camaro guts sounds impressive!
