350 and 200C have the same splines. Not sure where you're going with "rear yoke" and all that.
One of the 350 lengths is the same as the 200C. Can't recall after all these years butt one of the 3 is, although I'm pretty sure it's not the long one. If you get the right one (the same length as your slushbox), everything all just bolts up and works, including your drive shaft, except for the torque arm. You'll need to either find one of the brackets to support the stock TA that's been discontinued for about 25 yrs or so now, bearing in mind you ARE working on a car that's 43 yrs old this month; or get one of the aftermarket crossmember/TA setups that handles that all on its own.

I did the swap 25 yrs ago. The 350 bolts in. The stock shaft worked. The issue is the shift linkage being a little off and the torque arm mount. You could fab up a mount or just get a crossmember that has a torque arm mount on it (the better move). As far as the shifter, we got an adjustable cable and altered the mount a little. All in all it's pretty easy.

The 200C is junk. Its strongest weeeeekness is lack of any kind of decent center support. It was never made to handle more than about 200 ft-lbs of torque, and even that, only very gently applied.
Not at all the same as the 200-4R that came in MCs later on.

Less the Over-Drive Section, the THM200-4R is essentially Identical to the THM200/ THM200C.
They are horrible in Stock form...
But surprisingly have had excellent aftermarket support to allow for 1,000+ HP Builds.

I had a th200 in my 82 when I first got it. It had some kind of shift kit I think. It held up really well to the raging 145hp that car put for 136k miles.
seriously though, if it's a fairly stock early car a rebuilt th200 is probably fine. It wouldn't be my choice but it should work.

I am not sure that I follow.
Are you asking if a particular THM200/ C is a better candidate for use with a V6 or V8, such as one from a particular model Vehicle?
If that is indeed what you are asking; No there are no "Performance" Variants akin to the Variants of the THM200-4R.

I recall finding a 200c in a 1984 G-body Regal with a 3.8 Buick in front of it,so probably Chevy,BOP and 60* versions .
