Hey guys, I’m wondering if someone has specific info on this. Looking for the proper TV Cable for my car (87 IROC 5.0 TPI) and all I’m finding is this “universal fit” crap..I’m wanting to know the exact part number for the proper cable for a TPI Motor…apparently they’re different between TPI, TBI etc. I’ve got a “universal” one it it now and even with the plunger all the way pushed in she shifts from first to second at 1900rpm under Light throttle. For normal adjustment I push it all the way in, then while holding the tab open to full throttle then release the tab. Still shifts very early. If there’s not an official part number then does someone have an exact length? Really afraid I’m going to toast something in the trans..making me wonder how it “should” shift with “proper” adjustments
