T-350 with 12in tailshaft??
I have a T-350 tranny that i am going to put behind a 327 in my 89 RS. I read on here that you can use your stock driveshaft from the 700r-4 IF you're t-350 has a 9in tailshaft. The tranny i am going to use has a 12inch tailshaft? should i look around for a 9in shaft or get my driveshaft shortened? thanks, guys

Are you sure that TH350 has a Chevy bolt pattern? Usually the
ones with 12" tailhousings were BOP& C bolt patterns. Was the tranny out of something like a '76 Buick Le Sabre?? And what
are you going to mount the torque arm to?
