OK Tranny guys I need some help!!!

Is there any thing in the 700r4 that that would make a sound like a bearing going out only under load. To me it sounds like it is a wheel bearing only on the left side but the sound goes away on any kind of throttle and reapears when you let off?????? Any help would be appreciated.

Replaced the converter, 1LE driveshaft and B&M flywheel one of these got ride of the high speed vibration!!!! but this grinding popping sound from the left side drives me F**KING nuts!!

No.

That is usually caused by a loose pinion nut, if it's a low growling sort of sound.

You could drop the pan on the trans and look for metal, could also be the rear end, pinion bearings bad or loose nut as said..

Possibly the motor mounts, this happened to me. Only under acceleration would I get vibration. Something was hitting the frame or firewall, most likely the exhaust.
