My buddy just bought a 89 T/A with a 305TBI/700R4. He wants to put a vette servo in it to firm up the shifts, another friend has a vette servo in his 305TBI car and it shifts good. My question is this, how hard is it to install a vette servo, I am a mechanic, but have never done it. Also what difference does the .500 boost valve make? I was looking at the stuff from Pro Built Auto and was wondering, thanks for any help.
