Spohn Torque arm: Rod end or Polyurethane?

For a daily driver which is the best end to get for the front mount: poly or rod end? I'm more concerned with maintenance (install and forget) than about noise. But if the rod end increases vibrations and irritating noise than I would prefere the poly.

Many people seem to get the rod end. Is that just the way to go? I haven't seen any pictures of the poly end, not even on his site. Does the poly not perform that well?
