Eaton posi differential?

Eaton posi differential?
I saw this at yearone.com and i have a question about it. I am swaping in a 350 crate engine, 700r tranny, i would like 3.73 gears, and the differential because i haev a V6, will this fit in my rear end and because i have no clue about differentials because my friend is going to do the swap for me, do gears coem with the posi defferential? thanks

they do make the eaton diff. to fit your car. it's a nice unit although expensive. no it doesn't come with the ring and pinion.
