? about 9-bolt to 4th gen. 10-bolt

I've got the 9-bolt disc now and I'm going to get a 10-bolt out of a totaled 98 v-6 camaro. It's disc and has 3.23 gears, but is not posi.

1st ?) If I buy the posi unit from slp will all I have to do is swap the carriers out? Put all the other stuff back in?
2nd ?) I don't have anti-lock brakes, but I'm sure the 4th gen does any concerns here?
3rd ?) Anything else I should know about or watch for?

Thanks for the help

Why would you want to remove a 4.10 9-bolt and replace it with a 3.23 open 10-bolt?

For starters the 4.10 gears in a 305 just don't work, gas sucks. Second the posi carrier is slipping and I just found out today that there is metal shavings in the fluid. 10-bolt parts=cheaper compared to 9-bolt parts. And the fact that I have 4th gen wheels on the car. That means i can do away with the spacers.
Anyone want to help me out?

You will have to setup the gears when you swap in the posi. 2-3 hour job if you know what you are doing. 4th gen V6s don't have electronic traction control. 98 & up f bodies w/o trac control all use the same axles. Pretty much a bolt in.
