I want to swap my Turbo 350 to a four or five speed transmission. What I need to know is what are some of the better trannys that can handle power and not be shredded after a few miles. I have a 305 in the car . My main concern is the price because I still have to paint my car. Also where does the torque arm go since the normal place for an auto. is gone?

If you get a T5 made for Camaros it will have the torque arm bracket on the tranny.
