Transgo **** Kit.....Worth it or Not

Hey

I have a 1985 IROC Z Camaro with the 305 TPI engine, I also have 3.42 gears. I am interested in getting a shift kit for my automatic 700R4 transmission. I hear that Transgo is the way to go. I just wanna know if it worth it or not, what kinda results will I get, what kinda shifts will I get. And how will it help my ETs, how much will it improve my ETs by. Probley .1 or so right....

Thanks alot

It's the only REAL shift kit and will address the problems with the 700R4, and will firm up your shift. As whether it will knock time off your 1/4, I don't know for sure, but I would say that's doubtful as long as you're tranny is shifting fine now.
