hey man,
a 90 day warranty isnt much considering how many working parts an engine has, i'd honestly be kinda weary about any kinda engines auto parts stores rebuild
i've bought other rebuilt stuff from NAPA and such around here and it was garbage
$900 sounds like a great price, but i doubt the quality control that was put into the rebuild
good luck, man

Drag part is that you need the 3.4 injectors.
$900 is a fair price.
You sure that includes the 3.4 heads, not 2.8/3.1?
You'll tend to know, before 90 days, if that block was a poorly done job.
BUt, then that really sucks (you get to remove the engine again)
BUT a new GM crate engine & a 12 month warranty, same problem..
New car, same problem...
You truly never know.
Try the best ya can.
MAYBE ask the store for the place where the machine work was done.
Talk to them, see what they say....

it would be a "rebuilt 93 camaro engine".. the heads would probably get some work done to them (port and polish, 3 agle valve job) and it would be carbed..

Would they accept your '83 2.8 block as a core for the '93 3.4 block? They might not; and you might have to pay a core fee in addition to the $900.
