3.4
I was wondering from what kind of car can you get a 3.4 out of that would fit in a camaro? I blew my 2.8 so I am on teh look out for another engine, if I need to rebuild might as well get a 3.4.

1995 model year, mid year, the 3.8 became the standard engine.
Get the most complete 3.4 you can (most accessories ) and ask for the motor mounts on the frame (they fit!!), grab the Y pipe w/cc & the intermediate pipe. You'll appreciate the "free" high quality pipes GM issues.
I paid $900 for my latest 3.4 & $800 previously.
With the lastest 3.4 I got more stuff & it was worth the extra $100.
Good Luck!!
