55 canadian, which is 35 american, reconditioned. If you can remove a few bolts and put some silicon on the gasket you could remove it and install it in 30-35 minutes. Which would save you quite a bit on labor.
i just did mine last week. i have a 91 3.1 engine. you have to take the air condition compressor off to take the steering pump off and then you have clear access to the pump. i got min eat autozone for 35.00 bucks with a lifetime warentee and so far my temps are 5-10 degree's lower. it took me about an afternoon to do it and it comes with a gasket.

Forgot about A/C, I just had to remove the steering pump Bracket.
Probably looking at a couple hours.

The biggest bitch is scraping the old gasket material off of the timing chain cover. The timing chain cover is aluminum, so it gouges easily with a scraper- gouge it too much and you can cause a leak with the gasket! I also use Permatex high-tack gasket sealant on the gasket... comes in a little silver can with a brush under the cap. Some bolts will need to have blue RTV smeared on them since they go through coolant passageways, otherwise, you'll get leaks through the bolts. The proper sealant is "PST", Pipe Sealant w/Teflon, but it's hard to find. Check out plumbing stores...
