OK...i'm gonna flush the coolant system out and does anyone know THE best way to do it WITHOUT taking the thermostat out?
Its kinda brown and needs it soon.....OH...one more unrelated question. I looked at the ram air pics on some of the messages and was wondering does anyone know the angle of degree of PVC or pipe when it comes off the intake to angle towards the air filter in the corner. This would help alot.THANKS GUYS!!!!

THE BEST way is to use the pestone flush kit BUT only the yellow thing that fits in the radiator and duck tape a hose to it. THEN unscrew the block drain on the engine by the oil filter. Hook the hose up to the spicket and turn her on and watch her blow. You are welcome to start the engine just keep the water flowing in.
If you want before you do the flush you can por in a blottle of engine flush and drive around for 30 min and then flush it with the hose.
Be sure to open your heater core and let it all get warm so that the termostat opens and gets all the crap out of the radiator too.

Good tips Ryan
I break the hose loose from the bottom of the water pump.
Bend it down & it drains easy.
Put a pan under there & catch all ya can, toss down toilet except if you have your own home septic system.
I also take off the overflow tank.
If ya wanna try cleaning on inside, shake some corn kernels or uncooked rice in water.
Shake to loosen some "dirt". It helps, not perfect, tho.
LOOK INSIDE RADIATOR.
IF NOT CLEAN!
get it cleaned!

Hah, cool, I do almost the same thing to drain my radiator.. except I pull the hose off at the bottom of the rad. (I've usually got the car up on ramps, with a drain pan on my stomach, wearing safety goggles.) Certainly beats using that damn draincock dripping all over the frame!
Suggestion why I DON'T pull from bottom of radiator....
It's a plastic tank and can crack easier by yanking on it then a metal cast pipe on the water pump. Bending hose is very gentle on the bottom rad exit fitting.
AND I can open the cap on the rad, to flush out rad with cool clear water.
If this water stays in the rad (what little may cause I did not remove bottom rad hose) oh well.
And it's way easier to remove the bottom water pump hose than gaining access/removal of bottom rad hose.
My suggestion

Why go to all that trouble, just hook the hose up and unscrew the engine block plug and watch her blow, run the engine with some flush and you GET EVERY thing.
