where exactly is the horn??

I have an airhorn kit ready to install, but I can't find hide nor hair of the existing horns..by the sound, I know it/they are in the left front corner somewhere, I just can't see anything even from underneath. So where exactly should i be looking and from what angle?? Thanks!

On my Camaro its on the driver's fender above the side marker. It looks like a flat disk.

On my 88 Camaro the horns are mounted on the inside of the driver's side fender near the side marker, you can't miss them.

LOL! Actually if the friend's a really good friend, maybe they'll listen for the horn. Look for a green wire going along the driver's side upper frame rail near the battery. The horn is held inside the fender, via a bracket, that is held on by (i think) a 13mm bolt. Both horns (high freqency and low frequency) hang inside the fender.

I actually kept the horns from my '84 parts car. I intend to, one day (haha), put them in the same spot inside the passenger fender, hook up a relay, and run 4 horns instead of 2. When I get cut off or almost hit, I get pissed... a horn 2x as loud would make me happy!

Hahaha Tom, that is something like my plan... if I can figure out exactly how to wire it, I will be running the two airhorns and the two stock horns too..haven't done much by way of electronics though so this will be trial and error.
When my dad gave me the kit, he said, "You can rig it to run all four horns at once, but they'll probably be really loud and discordant." I said, "Perrrrfect." *evil grin*
LOL Then I will have at least ONE thing that is bigger and better than the V8's in our local club!
