I'm looking for headers, preferably chrome, for a 92 V6? I've asked RK sport, Edlebrook, and a couple others. Does anyone know where I can get these? Thanks

 

No big company makes headers for the 60 degree V6. Look up Camaro Hunter C on this website. He makes headers for our cars for about 150 bucks+shipping. They aren't chromed though. I don't think any chrome process would hold up to the heat put out by the exhaust.

Ya when you do get them get'em powder coated. The chrome will turn brown once it gets heated up. The only chromed ones I have seen are the trailer queen hot rods that are taken to work to be fixed.

A guy on this board named CHC, 150 plus shipping. He does not make them all the time, he only makes batches once in a while, as he is a college student, and has a job, and a wife or G/f (can't rem). Their has been many a postings on here about them lately as he just sent out his first customer batch. KJ just happened to be the first to get his. Thats why hes bragging.

BTW KJ, your pic in your "proflie" looks nothing like you in that bigger pic.

I am working on bending 2 sets today, hopefully I will finish them. ALOUGH I am waiting for a new hole saw to come in Wensday. I know I know... here we go again with the wait, but hell this thing has cut what 50 flanges in 3/16" cold steel? Give it a break.

IF I get 4 made, only 2 can be sold.... 1 already paid for, the other to carb(finally) And if more want, more have to buy. I think they all come w/egr unless you spcify them not to.
