Yes folks Over the next couple of weeks I will be putting in Roller lifters!. Just have to get custom pushrods made...

Then next summer goes the cam(or maybe when I do the lifters, but probly not, and with the cam comes the roller rockers. Hmm full roller V6 that'll go to the sky revving.. Hmm gotta love that sound.

As well how much do you think custom rods will be?

Hmm smarty, LIFTERS, NOT ROCKERS. Look at the thread name. Try to keep it straight.

Now to the smarter peopl of the world....

Yes I am converting from the stardard flat hydraulic lifter to the more sensible Hydraulic Roller LIFTER. I have an advantage over most cause I have a care equipped with them and the required retainers in my back yard that is no where close to running, so it has become a parts car.

What am I paying for the lifters? Not a damn thing. Reusing the ones in the TBI, along with the retainers and spring loaded keeper to work from.

The rods ar going to be about 10-12 a set, not bad.
If any wants more specific information email me and I will happily give the info, I am not posting it however.

So your using a set of roller lifters out of a V-8 TBI?
Or is this an old S-10 TBIwith roller lifters?
Thats kind of cool if so. I didn't realise those would fit.
