Defroster Switch
Getting a quote from the dealer is free, just call them up or go to the parts counter. It's always a good place to start, so you know the highest price it could possibly be. After that I'd check out some chain auto parts stores. Other than that, I'm sure you could find one online somewhere from someone parting out a car, running to the junkyard, or whatever.

It might be the defroster timer that's shot. This is above the passenger's feet, below the a/c vent, under that piece of plastic that faces forward. You might have to remove the hush panel (plastic above the passenger's feet), sometimes the hush panel blocks the other panel's screws (all accessible from bottom edge of dash). Thing looks like a big relay.
