I heard you plan on trashing the 2.8 when you get the 3.4 in the truck.
Is the 2.8 FI or carbed?
If it is FI could I get the distributor and lower intake manifold off of you for a very low price????

Not sure where you heard I was gonna trash it?? I planned on keeping it around for parts. I have also had local offer to buy whole engine. If I go to get rid of parts, I would prefure whole engine.
BTW, it is TBI. 87+ is fuel injected.
Might want to try car-parts.com or is it car-part.com, I have found some good deals on their.
