Aight, It's that time of the month again (Problem)
I think my Fan Died.
I have a new relay in there, so I'm pretty sure that is not the problem.
I Tried to ground it out to turn it on. No such luck.
I'm guessing she is dead.
What should I do?

I replaced the fan.
It was simple
Last time I did that was in
pouring rain, with rain going down my back and car full of family.
Took all of 1 hour or less.
Lots of plastic flew & some connections cracked.
All I did was get ZIP TIES, same time & just zip tied back together.
Still is perfectly fine.
Cost was about $40 or less.
Truly no big deal.
Enjoy your susnset!

unhook the wires and run 2 temps from the fan, a grund and one thatu will touch to the battery, bolt the ground down (of have friend hold it) then touch the power one to the battery for no more than 10 sec (i learned that the hard way..wire catches on fire..lol) see if the fan turns on....if so then run the wires to the fuse box to "pwr aces" and run a switch and there u have a working fan on a switch..but your fan motor may alo be bad..soi dunno

I had the same prob with my fan. If fixed it by getting a hot rod fan control kit from Street & Performance, basically a box with a **** and a temp sensor attached to a long wire. I put the tempature wire in my upper radiator hose, hooked my fan up to the control box and then wired that up to my battery and a ground. Next was the easy part, I got a heat gun and waited until my temps got up to 170* and turned the **** on my control box until the fan kicked on. Now the system is completely seperate from the factory setup so less frustrations with the factory set up, and plus if I want to test the fan out I just need to turn the **** all the way to the left to make it activate. I can adjust the temp all I want, 160* in the summer 185* in the winter. The fan will automatically activate when the temp gets up to the desired tempature and shut off when the temp drops 10,15*. With a switch setup you need to turn it on your self.

TWO OTHER IDEAS
(I LOVE Michaels plan, tho!!-GREAT ALTERNATIVE)
One
The temp sensor sensor is in the PASSENGER SIDE CYLINDER HEAD, at the firewall.
See if still connected! It's a slip on connection
It's on top, easy to FEEL, not easy to replace!
Check to see if the sensor for temp is still connected at front behind the AC Compressor, in cylinder head.
JUST A THOUGHT!
Have ya hot wired the fan to the battery for quick testing to check motor being bad?
Does the fan turn on at activation of the AC system?
Could also come down to the ECM bad.

Hey.
Tested it. Motor was ok.
Problem was the relay. Damn Checker, I hate that place......
Jsut went a picked up a new one from Napa. Volia....
The one I pulled out was a little crispy. Not quite sure how that happened. I guess mabye it was just a bad unit. Not buying from checker again. I just need to stick to Napa, and CarQuest.....

Make sure all the wires to connection for relay are not crossing, also.
I found my ends to the connection to be exposed a bit. Wire cover stripped back for whatever reason.
Covered best I could in electrical tape.
Previous owner syndrome (POS)
