2.8 to 2.8 swap

i'm going to be swapping my 2.8 for another i think.. its my most cost effective method right now, i might be able to get a 2.8 with 16K kms, but i think that might be a typo and its 160K, but anywasy question is, is there anything i should look out for when swapping? what difficulties i might run into?

Make sure it is a 87/88ish or newer engine with the larger rear main, and single seal. Also the flywheel for the same engine. Pre 87/88 was external balance, where 88+ is internal.

IMO, I would get the 90-92 3.1l, or 93-95 3.4l camaro/bird engines and get the better equipment and more horse power for my time/money.
