Weight questions...
Any idea what an exhaust manifold for a 2.8 weighs?
How about a head?

If nobody answers by the weekend; I'll try to get some weights for you. I've got both manifolds, and two pairs of heads, in the basement.

First I weighed myself on the Health-O-Meter ... 139 lbs OF PURE MUSCLE, BABY!!! Haha...
Then, I weighed myself with a head. The head has the valvesprings and valves installed; no rocker arms. Total weight = 167 pounds.
Then I weighed myself again. Yep, 139 pounds.
Finally, I weighed myself with the passenger side exhaust manifold. (I have no clue where the driver's side one went.) Total weight = 145 pounds.
Finally, I weighed myself again- 139 pounds.
So the weights are:
Gen I (iron) Head w/valvesprings and valves: 28 pounds
Passenger side exhaust manifold: 6 pounds
