some q's about a 2.8

what rockers are best for my motor?~~should i get an 80's series cross flow or a dyno max? does a high flow cat increase sound? and how much would a ingition make over help my acceleration?

As far as ignition, your best results will be seen by rebuilding the distributor and by upgrading to an aftermarket high voltage coil like the Blaster 2. An ignition box is really a waste until you've run out of bolt-on mods to do.
