Check the map sensor. Did you verify the TPS voltage throughout the throttle movement?

Also check the IAC valve I'd say... And make sure your ignition is decent. How's the car run before you give it gas??
I'll bet your fuel pump is dead.
ONLY WAY TO TRULY 100% MAKE SURE IT'S NOT
Put a guage on it.
Good is 45 Lbs of a reading.
Bypass the fuel pump question & then go forward.
I do think it's the pump or a real bad vacuum leak.
I do think pump, tho.
It's about that time.
Once fixed (the fuel pump) the car runs so great again & milage is better.

Even with a new TPS, you have to make sure it's set right. Check teh TPS voltage with the blades closed, and at full open.
On the thirdgens, the MAP is on the cowl, passanger side. Just find the little black box with a vacuum line running to it, and wires running out of it!

MAP snsor on the 3.4 engines is on the pass side, towards rear of intake. Youcan alsoget icmcheckedout at local paerts store that offer this, but do other troubleshooting first.

Fuel pump, or ICM sounds like it to me.
All them other sensors would/should throw a code.
project 85 is right on map location, pass side, rear, bolted to the intake.

we got the codes read on the car and we got a code 82 which means
( ignition control 3x signal circuit error (3.4L) ) and
( no 3x reference pulses detected by the ecm/pcm )
so this chould be the main reason for not strating any can help with this code and problem

No
Just that most here are aware of the third gens & we know them well.
Also when we know something we chat
When we don't know we refer the question to a higher source!
There is a ALOT of diff between a 92 3.1 & a 93 3.4 60* mill.
Especially the way GM set things up!
Good luck!
