Crower cams has sportsman series rods for our engines (60 degree V6's) for $337.50. Thats only 55$ more than Advance Auto Parts charges for reconditioned (used) rods.

They are forged, lightwieght (585g) and can handle up to 500hp. Not to mention they come from one of the best cam, crank and connecting rod manufacture's around.

This is a great deal for those guys looking at a turbo/super setup (or a whole bunch of nitrous)
