Cylinder Pressure

What is the optimal cylinder pressure for the 2.8 at TDC? I would prefer that this be listed in PSI, please.
(This is specifically aimed right at KED85 since he has done this before)

with a compression tester, you should be able to get a reading of about 160 PSI +/- 5% on all cylinders.
