Oil Pressure Sender...please help!!!!

I have an 85 camaro that originally had idiot lights. I swapped over a v6 gauge cluster into with gauges.

The problem that I am having is that the old oil pressure sender was 2-terminal and the one for a car with gauges has only 1-terminal.....

Do i just plug it into one side of the terminal or do I have to cut the wiring harness and splice another 1-terminalled end on? do they make a 2-terminal sender for gauges?

You're looking at the wrong sender.. that one has a red and orange wire going to it, no? Seems awfully odd colors for a gauge.. it's actually a backup circuit to power your fuel pump (if the engine has oil pressure, it's obviously running and needs fuel, right?) Look for the sender with one tan wire... it's back there somewhere (I'd be more descriptive but I haven't replaced mine yet)

Best way to find your answer is to go back to car your ripped out gauge package from.

The V6 OIL PRESSURE GUAGE READS TO 80, not 60 (V8!)
The sender down below is matched to the engine.
Make sure you get the right sender. IF in doubt, also cut off the wire harness to the sender.
