might be a bearing. might be easier to guess if you'd provide more info. if it's rpm dependent i'd suspect exhaust leak, maybe an injector.

start pulling the bearings or axle and take a look at the bearings

Are you sure it's not the bearings in the water pump, alternator, or power steering pump? I just replaced my m-f'ing water pump for the FOURTH time... the thing was leaking like crazy. When I popped the pulley off, I could actually wobble the shaft around- and now there's no more grinding noise when I drive.

But I mean, have you opened the hood and checked to see where the sound was coming from? I had two water pumps die on me in the same month, so just b/c they're new, doesn't mean you can trust them. I hate changing that water pump...

Maybe a description of the sound would give a little more clue as to what we're talking about.

well i checked my water pump ,, its definitely not that, like i hear it more on the right passenger side,.
if the car sways to the right ,
i mean if i the car sways and the weight shift to the passenger side, then i hear it a bit more then usual.. i know it sounds strange...

does the car actually pull to the right, even a little? drive for a little bit and come to a stop (or coast to a stop for better results) and feel the center of your rim. If the right one is really hot or at least considerably hotter than the left then i would say it's your wheel bearings.

i've seen bearings go bad and the rim actually gets too hot to even touch.

I wonder if it could be an upper strut mount too... but usually you'd just hear noise when you'd turn the wheel. I like ede's answer best... pull the bearings out and look at 'em, and re-pack them with new grease while you're in there. Did you ever re-pack them? I do that on every front brake job... and I use synthetic grease on them. I used to use regular grease, but switched over.
