How do I know how many amp alternator I have?

I need a new alternator but there is like 3 different amps. 74, 94, 108 amp. Which one do I have and how do I tell? I need help fast please. Should I just get 108 amps because it can make the most or what?
The reason that I think I need a new alternator is because I am getting voltage spikes. My engine will be at like 14.3 volts and then drop to 0 then like 2 and down again and then up to 14 then back down to 5. All over the place. Could it be just the voltage regulator? Please help.

Check your RPO codesin the RPO decoder. The only ones I remember off hand are:

K60 = 100 amp
K68= 105 amp

I just bought a 160 amp one. Only a hundred dollars on ebay! Lifetime warranty as well! My factory one is rated at 105.
