I am having a lot of trouble finding performance parts for my 90 camaro 3.1L v6! does anyone know where i can find some performance parts, i am looking especially rite now for a intake manifold so i can switch to carburated, can i find one of these at a junkyard?

 

They make one. I don't think it's for a 3.1, but it will work with either of the 60* V6 motors. It's not emissions legal, but I doubt you care about that if you're going with carb.

fageol only has the SC one, don't they? is there something i'm missing out on??

 

yep, E-brand has the base& either 2bb or 4bb options
Fageoal is the SC. I've only seen the 2bb/TBI renditions of it. Not sure id they can have a 4bb w/o adapter on it.

 

What are your reasons for moving to carburetion?

 

im movin to carb because everyone i talk to says its so much easier to adjust your fuel mixture and that ill be gettin better power for those quick races.

 

just juice it, for those quick races .
