So I noticed one of the mounts broke off my aftermarket exhaust that I had put on so I wouldn't scrape and that didn't work. So I'm getting a new muffler and gonna have the tips put right behind the rear tires. I was wondering what the best muffler would be sound wise, I already got a estimate on a flowmaster 40 delta flow installed $250 - $300 depending on tips.

I'm wondering if that muffler would be my best sounding option and what everyone thinks about having tips come out behind the rear tires...I'm thinking just slant cut tips with the smaller end pointing towards the back, or turn downs...not sure...any input would be great....thanks.

 

IMO I dont like the sound of flowmaster on a v6. I had that on my s10, but thats only because thats what was on it when I got it.

I like dynomax, but its not all that loud, just a low rumble.
