Pully compatabiliy

I've wanted to get a full pully set for a while and was looking on summitracing.com and noticed http://store.summitracing.com/partde...art=MCH%2D4000 and I was wondering if it would work on a 6cyl even though it says that they are for an 8cyl?

So no one knows if a v8 pully set will work on a 6cyl?

Depends on the number of holes in both the crank pulley and water pump pulley. IIRC, SBC's have a 3-bolt crank pulley, and I am not sure of their water pump pulleys, so as far as the crank pulley goes, you're SOL unless you want to make yourself one.
