thats NICE man, you took him off the start hah, what did he end up running? and you had 15.87 was it?

 

i don't know what he ran...they were only giving 'half slips'. 15.87?? i think that run was in the 15.5s. that night i was running .4s and .5s for some reason. i was about 4 tenths off of what i have run.

 

sweet, i haerd the guy in the vid say 15.87... but nice job getting down to low 15s, thatll take a few v8s easily

 

i just watched/listened to it again and i think it was 15.18

good lord man, you sure you weren't taping the RS but picking up the audio from a modded 350 nearby? that sounds incredible for a v-6...hell that sounds good for a 350

what kind of exhaust are you runnin? it sounds sick!

 

sick...in a good way?? lol. its a custom dual 2.25" y-pipe into single 3" back to a flowmaster 80 series and out 2.5" duals.

 

Wait wait wait....that thing has exhaust?? It sounds completely open! Got any exhaust leaks? Jeez....that sounds louder than the exhaust on my Mustang! And that's a full 2.5" system with headers, an X pipe, dumped Flowmaster 2 CHAMBERS, and several minor exhaust leaks!

 

Nixon, the idling clip is open headers. the me vs vette clip is with full exhaust.

 

Very impressive- You'd eat me for lunch off the line, nice lowend.

 

So hows the carb conversion coming along?

 

i haven't started with the carb swap yet. i've got basically all the parts for it but i still need to get a 4" cowl hood and then i need to get some time to do it. right now, me and my dad are about to start putting a 350 in his s-10. that's been a bigger priority.

 

AM91Camaro_RS what mods have you done to your v6 because mine is incredably slow and i cant find any performance parts for the 3.1 , although i did put the dual snorkle intake on it

what does the msd ignition do for the performance

 

AM91Camaro_RS my car looks almost identical to your car...I have 3 center caps and mine say limited edition... ? what do yours say ?

 

the msd box didn't real give me any performance advantage but i thought i'd be able to add a 2-step rev limiter but later found out that i can't on this box. my front center caps say 'camaro' the back ones don't have inserts in them.
