Hedman Headers

Hey everyone. I have a friend who is parting out his 2.8. I have a 92 3.1 and he is going to give me his headers. They are the old school Hedman ones. i was wondering if i should take them. I know i would have to get rid of the EGR system. What else would have to go? Oh and how many of you reccomend i get them from him? No emission laws in florida or smog. So whats your advice?

i've actually got the hooker headers but from what i hear they are exactly the same. if you can get them cheap or free, GET THEM! i think you'll like them. the only problem is that you'll have to get a custom y-pipe made. but, they are pretty good headers. if you want them powder or ceramic coated...send them a little ways north (to me).
